A 4-SESSION BETA JOURNEY IN RADICAL INCLUSION: THE INNER WORK OF RACE

The taboos against talking about racism have fallen. We feel called to act and may question how. We hope for change, repair, and reconciliation, and ask ourselves: how can I be useful?

We face our ignorance and look for trustworthy information. We want to engage in conversations and struggle with how to break out of our silos. We want to reach out, and we meet our discomfort, our fear we will do or say the wrong thing.

Our actions in this racialized world can be trustworthy – not perfect, but trustworthy. To the extent we know ourselves, and to the extent that our behaviors are guided by our heart-intelligence – to this extent we can truly repair and reconcile damage and forge a different future.

Radical Inclusion offers accessible and useful practices that bring our unconscious biases into the light of awareness; that guide an inquiry into our beliefs about acceptable behavior and the exercise of power, and our deeply rooted stories of Self and Other.

These are practice to make you trustworthy as you find your unique way to make a difference.
